Shipping Policy
One flat domestic rate keeps the arithmetic simple however heavy the box turns out to be.
Where we ship
We deliver across the United States, to homes, businesses and PO boxes alike. Outside the US, no.
What it costs
US delivery is free from $99.00. Beneath that threshold the charge is a flat $8.99.
Shipping is calculated up front. Nat's Hardware Plus does not send follow-up invoices for postage.
How long it takes
- Order to dispatch: 1–2 business days.
- Dispatch to delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Order to delivery: 4–9 business days.
Business days only. An order placed after we close is queued for the next working day.

Tracking
Expect the tracking number by email once the label is scanned, or look it up on Track Your Order.
If the address is wrong
Addresses are used verbatim. An undeliverable parcel is reshipped at the same rate once you tell us the right one.
Damage or loss
Seven days is the window for reporting damage or loss. After that we will still try, we simply cannot promise the carrier will.
A photograph of the damaged packaging assists us with the carrier. It is optional.
What we do not offer
Pickup for online orders, same-day courier and scheduled slots are not available here.
