What we accept
The available methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. We do not accept cheques or bank transfer for web orders.
Currency
All amounts are USD. Overseas cards may attract a conversion fee from the issuing bank.
When you are charged
Charging happens once, at checkout. We do not place a hold and charge later.
Card security
All card processing happens on the provider’s compliant platform, over an encrypted connection.
Declines and checks
Declines take no money and create no order. Where a check is required we write to you within 1 business day.
Sales tax and fees
Sales tax is not added at checkout – the price you see is the total you pay.y kind.
Refunds
We cannot redirect a refund to another account. How long it takes is explained on the returns page.
